You can include the following system or automatic workflow steps in a workflow:

Note:

Multiple align steps are allowed in a workflow.

Verifies all non-translatable tags and placeables

delivery

Triggers configured delivery profile

delivery translatable

Triggers delivery of translatable file such as TXML

syncmt translation

Utilizes machine translation providers with synchronous connections

XML validation

Validates that the XML is well-formed

XML length check

Validates strings for data/char length based on preconfigured values

deliverable search-replace

Search and replace text in the deliverable

source search-replace

Search and replace text in the source text before translation

translatable search-replace

Search and replace text in the target text before translation

machine translation

Generic machine translation/pseudotranslation

Note:

If non-parsable files are included in a workflow involving machine translation, Project Director will skip the machine translation step.
