Unlocking Users

A user account is locked if the user password is entered incorrectly more than five times. The Administrator can unlock the user account using the Unlock User option. The account is available after 30 minutes with the original password.

To unlock a user account:

  1. Open the Project Director Administration dashboard.

    The Users page appears by default. If not, click Users folder.

  2. Select the user you want to unlock from the user list and click Unlock User.

    The selected user is unlocked and can log in to Project Director withe their Username and Password.
