Choosing a Workflow based on File Format

To choose the default workflow to be used for a given file format:

  1. Follow steps 1-3 in the Adding and Editing File Formats section above.
  2. Click under the Workflow column.

    The Workflow drop down list appears.

      Note:

    The workflows must be set up in the Workflow Definitions folder. Refer to Managing workflow definitions.

  3. Select the Workflow from the drop down list.
  4. Check the Default checkbox to automatically assign the default workflow to the file format while creating Submissions.
  5. Click Apply if you want to continue editing details in other tabs or click OK.
      Note:

    When non-parsable files are added the default workflow defined in the Workflow tab is used while creating submissions.
