Adding Announcements

To add a new announcement for a project:

  1. Open the Project Director Administration dashboard and click Projects folder.

    The Projects page appears.

  2. Select a project from the project list and click .

    The Announcement Editor screen appears. The current announcements appear in the Announcements of the GlobalLink! pane and new announcements can be entered in the HTML Editor pane.

  3. Enter a new announcement in the HTML Editor pane and click Add.

    The announcement text appears in the Announcements of the GlobalLink! pane.

      Note:

    The announcements could include important information about projects or submissions.

  4. You can select an announcement in the Announcements of the GlobalLink! pane and complete the following:

    Use

    to...

    Update

    save the announcement text.

    Delete

    delete the announcement.

    Edit

    modify the announcement.

    Reset

    remove the announcement text from the HTML Editor pane and start over.

  5. Click Save All and Close.
