Requesting a Password Reset

If you have forgotten the password to log in, you can request a password reset.

To request a password reset:

  1. On the System Login page, click the Forgot your Password? link.

    The Reset Password dialog box appears.

  2. Enter the User name and click Reset Password.

    Your password is sent to your email address.
