Requesting a Password Reset

A password reset can be requested if the user has forgotten the login password.

To request a password reset:

  1. On the System Login page, click the Forgot your Password? link.

    The Reset Password dialog box appears.

  2. Enter the User name and click Reset Password.

    The password is sent to the user's email address.
