Resetting Submissions

You can reset a cancelled submission, if it requires any updates. This action resets the word count of the submission and includes the source file(s) in the batch.

To reset a submission:

  1. Open the Project Director dashboard and select a cancelled submission.
  2. Click Reset Submission under the submit tab as shown in the screenshot below.

    A warning message appears.

  3. Click one of the following:
    • Reset: to start the submission again from the first workflow step.

    • Reset & Hold: to reset the submission and place it on hold.
