Resetting Quotes

You can reset the quotes step for a submission, if you want to request another quote from the configured vendors. The initial vendor can be re-assigned the quote task. The Reset Quotes action button will be enabled only after the quotes are reviewed.

To reset a quote:

Open the Project Director dashboard (Active or Quote folder) and select a submission.
Click Reset Quotes under the manage tab as shown in the screenshot below.

The Reset Quotes dialog box appears.
Check the checkbox to select the batches for which the quote step should be reset.
Click Reset Quotes.
The quote step for the selected batches are reset and automated email notifications are sent to the configured vendors requesting them to create a quote.
