Using the Cancel Submission action button you can cancel a submission for some or all batches or languages. The vendors for the selected target languages or batches will then receive a notification about the cancellation.
To cancel a submission:
Open the Project Director dashboard (Active folder) and select a submission.
Note:
You can cancel a submission at any time, but if the vendor has already claimed or partially completed the submission, the cost of the completed work will have to be incurred.
Click Cancel Submission under the manage tab as shown in the screenshot below.
The Cancel Submission dialog box appears.
Select the Languages and Batches to be cancelled.
Enter User comment. (Optional)
Choose the files to be cancelled by selecting the corresponding checkboxes.
Click OK.
The submission or part of the submission is cancelled based on your selection. The cancelled submission moves to the Completed folder.
