Requesting a Password Reset

A password reset can be requested if you have forgotten your login password.

To request a password reset:

  1. On the Login page, click the Forgot your Password? link.

    The Reset Password dialog box appears.

  2. Enter your user name and click Reset Password.

    A new password is sent to your email address.
