Releasing Submissions

After claiming a submission, you may have the option to release the submission if you don’t wish to work on it. The ability to do this is controlled at the workflow level by the client.

To release a submission:

  1. On the dashboard, view claimed submissions in the Inbox folder.

    The claimed submissions appear.

  2. Select the submission and click Release <Step Name> under the translation tab as shown in the screenshot below.

    The Release <Step Name> dialog box appears.

  3. Check the checkboxes to select the batches you want to release.
  4. Click Release <Step Name>.

    The released submission moves from the Inbox folder back to the Available folder.

      Note:

    If there are multiple vendors set up for a project, another vendor can now claim this released submission.
