Previewing Files for Errors

It is important to preview a bilingual project file for errors before moving to the next review step where the translation is finalized.

You can initiate a preview through the TXLF Editor File tab:

  1. Click Get Bilingual Table on the File tab of the TXLF Editor.

    The target segments are downloaded as a Microsoft Word document as shown in the Bilingual File Preview (Page 1) example.

  2. Run spell check in Microsoft Word.

Previewing files is a good opportunity for spell-checking documents. It is best to perform spell check on a downloaded file.
