Editing In Progress Submissions

When a submission is in progress you can edit some of the submission details such as Name, Due Date and Time (Batch and Phase Due Date), Priority, Custom Fields, Instructions/Background and Reference Files.

To edit a submission in progress:

  1. Open the Project Director dashboard and select a submission in progress (with Workflow Status as In Progress).
  2. Click Edit Submission.

    The Edit Submission dialog box appears.

  3. You can edit the following:

    Option

    Description

    Name

    Enter a new submission name.

    Due Date

    Click the calendar icon and select a new submission due date and time.

    Priority

    Select the priority of the submission.

    Batch name

    Click to change the batch name, batch due date and phase due dates for each target language. For example, if the submission workflow includes the translation and review phases, you can edit the system generated due dates for these phases.

    Batch Due Date

    Double-click the batch due date under batches, then click on the calendar icon to select a new batch due date and time.

    Custom Attributes

    Click to add custom attributes.

    Edit Instructions/Background

    Click to add submission background and instructions.

    Reference Files

    Click to upload reference files. Refer to Uploading Reference Files for more information.

  4. Click Save to save the changes.

    The vendors and all PMs added to the submission will receive an email notification if the appropriate notification checkbox is enabled in Preferences. Refer to Setting Preferences.
