After the Submitter or Project Manager add submissions, Vendors can view and provide Quotes for these Submissions. When a Vendor uploads a Quote for a submission, the Submitter can review the Quote and approve or reject it. The Submitter or Project Manager can also view a Quick Quote, which is based on the cost model provided by the Vendor. The cost model should be configured for the Vendor by the Administrator.
