The Transcheck option verifies certain non-linguistic elements in the target segments and warns you about missing or incorrect text or variables. For example, if you do not insert a tag or type incorrect text, a warning icon will appear in the Status column. the target segment. To view the warning, point to it with the mouse.
Transcheck can be used from the Check
tab on the Review tab, and from
the Transcheck tab in the editor.
Use Transcheck Segment to check only the active segment. This can be done while working on the file.
Use Transcheck All to check the entire file. This should be the last step before completing the file.
Find below the procedures for the following tasks:
Optional: Edit the segment, and assign a Grade and Score if mandatory. For more information, go to Grading and Scoring.
Select the segment to be checked by Transcheck.
On the Review
tab, on the Check tab, click
Transcheck Segment.
The segment is checked by Transcheck. If there are any non-linguistic
errors in the segment, a Transcheck warning appears in the Status
column. An example appears below.
Point to the error icon
with the mouse.
A text box appears, identifying the type of error as shown in the example
below.
The actual Transcheck error appears in the Transcheck tab of the editor, as shown in the example above.
On the Review
tab, on the Check tab, click
Transcheck All.

Press Ctrl+Shift+Q.
The Transcheck Report appears.
To view the Transcheck Report, go to Viewing Transcheck Report.
To view the actual Transcheck
error, go to Viewing Transcheck
