File
	(No Keyboard Shortcut)	Close the working file.
Project Director
	Ctrl+Alt+S	Save the file to Project Director (PD). For more information go to Saving a File.
	Ctrl+Alt+D	Save the file to PD and close it.
Options
	(No Keyboard Shortcut)	Show the translation as a preview in a Word document. For more information, go to Previewing aFiile.
	(No Keyboard Shortcut)	Download files provided by the project manager for reference in the translation. For more information, go to Downloading Reference Files and Instructions.
	(No Keyboard Shortcut)	download source files from Project Director.
	(No Keyboard Shortcut)	show instructions for the project provided by the project manager. For more information, go to Downloading Reference Files and Instructions..

Tab: Edit
Tab/Icon	Keyboard Shortcut	Description
Clipboard
	Ctrl+Z	Undo the last action.
	Ctrl+Y	Redo the last action.
	Ctrl+F or Ctrl+H	Find and replace content in the document. For more information, go to Finding and Replacing content.
Options
Click	or press	to...
	Ctrl+Shift+8	Show white space in the document as a middle dot (.).
	F9	Select the General, Translation, and Project preferences in another window. For more information, go to Editing Preferences.

Tab: Segment
Tab/Icon	Keyboard Shortcut	Description
	Ctrl+Alt+X	Clear all text in a segment.
	Ctrl_Shift+Space	Insert a non-breaking space character.
	(No Keyboard Shortcut)	Insert left-to-right direction marker.
	(No Keyboard Shortcut)	Insert right-to-left direction marker.
	(No Keyboard Shortcut)	Attach or detach the Segment toolbar. When attached, the toolbar appears as a tab. When detached, the toolbar appears as a minimized toolbar, which can be moved to any area of the window:

Tab: Translation
Tab/Icon	Keyboard Shortcut	Description
Segment
	Alt+Down	Write the segment to the TM, and move to the next translatable segment.
	Alt+Up	Write the segment to the TM, move to the previous translatable segment.
	(No Keyboard Shortcut)	Commit the current segment to the TM, and remain in the segment.
	Alt+-	Leverage the current segment with the translation memory.
	Alt+S	Copy Source: Copy the source (including placeables or formatting tags). Copy Text: Copy text from the source segment into the target segment. Copy only Target Terminology terms: Copy only glossary terms from the target.
	Alt+Shift+Delete	Clear all target content in the document.
	Ctrl+Alt+Insert	Copy all content from the source into the target.


Tags
Tab/Icon	Keyboard Shortcut	Description
	Ctrl+Alt+Left	Select the previous tag in the source segment. The selected tag will be highlighted in red by default.
	Ctrl+Alt+Right	Select the next tag in the source segment. The selected tag will be highlighted in red by default.
	Ctrl+Alt+Down	Copy the currently selected tag into the target segment at the location of the cursor.
	(No Keyboard Shortcut)	Delete (clear) all tags in the target. You must click the drop-down menu to select one of the following options: To clear all tags in the segment, click Segment. To clear all tags in the document, click Document.

Terminology
Tab/Icon	Keyboard Shortcut	Description
Term
	(No Keyboard Shortcut)	View the terminology lists associated with the project.
	Ctrl+8	View the previous term in the available glossaries.
	Ctrl+0	Copy the selected term from the source to the target.
	Ctrl+9	View the next term in the available glossaries.
	Ctrl+Alt+H	Run or stop terminology highlighting of all terminology (glossary) matches in all segments in the translation.

Check
	(No Keyboard Shortcut)	Transcheck only the current segment. For more information, go to Using Transcheck.
